Quani AI is a telecom-focused AI platform built to help telecom businesses scale with agility. My role was to design modular, intelligent solutions that telecom operators can adopt — from AI-driven insights to process automation.

Here are some of the key problems you addressed: - The telecom infrastructure space is complex and technical (microservices, APIs, SIM lifecycle, KYC, etc) → this often causes usability issues and overwhelming interfaces. - The target users (MVNOs, fintech, telcos) may not always be deeply technical or may expect intuitive workflows. So the interface needs to balance depth with clarity. - Existing site / platform may not have clearly communicated the modularity, cloud‑native architecture, and enterprise‑grade features in a way that engages decision‑makers and technical users. - Conversion / engagement: The “Schedule A Meeting” call‑to‑action and capturing leads needed to be more prominent and UX optimized. - Brand alignment & differentiation: In a competitive telecom infrastructure market, Quani.ai needed a visual and UX identity that positions it as modern, agile, secure and scalable.

The redesign successfully improved the clarity of Quani.ai’s brand message and offerings, allowing users to quickly understand the platform as a modular, AI‑enhanced solution. The user journey from the landing page to engagement has been streamlined, with the call-to-action prominently visible and inviting, encouraging interaction. The visual design now aligns with a modern tech brand identity, appealing to both decision-makers and technical users alike. Early feedback indicates positive outcomes, with stakeholders noting that the site now feels modern, trustworthy, and easy to navigate. Additionally, if tracked, metrics such as lead submissions and bounce rates are expected to reflect the enhanced usability and engagement.

Information architecture & navigation:

  • Simplified top navigation: Solutions, Applications, Products, Customers, Industries, Resources, and “Schedule a Meeting”.

  • Clear “Who we serve” section with icons/industry segments (MVNOs & MVNEs, Fintech Providers, National MNOs, Governments) — helps users self‑identify. quani.ai

  • Technology section delineated into Cloud‑Native Architecture, Enterprise Security, Elastic Scalability, Seamless Integration. quani.ai

Visual design & branding:

  • Modern sans‑serif typography (e.g., “Onest” appears in code) to convey clean, contemporary feel. quani.ai

  • Color palette: primary accent (#F37A31 — warm orange) used for buttons and highlights, balanced with neutral greys (#6C6D70) for text. quani.ai

  • Use of whitespace and large hero headline “Future‑Ready Telecom Infrastructure” to make message clear. quani.ai

  • Iconography and visual cards for industry segments and modules to simplify complexity.

  • Responsive design: ensuring layout works on mobile/tablet/desktop.

Interaction & user journey:

  • Hero section with “Schedule A Meeting” call‑to‑action immediately visible.

  • Wireframes / low‑fidelity sketches defining layout of home page and key inner pages (Solutions, Industries, Technology).

  • High‑fidelity mockups of desktop + tablet + mobile versions.

  • Interactive prototype (if done) showing hover states, interactions for CTA buttons, modules.

  • Style guide / design system: colors, typography, iconography, card components, button states.

  • Content templates for “Who we serve” section and “Technology” section.

  • Handoff documentation to developers: specs, assets, responsive breakpoints, behaviour.

7. Challenges & how you solved them

  • Challenge: Telecommunication infrastructure is inherently technical and can intimidate users.
    Solution: Used benefit‑driven language and module cards to simplify; employed industry‑specific personas to tailor messaging.

  • Challenge: Many user journeys (MVNOs, fintech, MNOs, governments) with differing priorities.
    Solution: Created “Who we serve” section that segmented by industry and addressed each with tailored copy and icons.

  • Challenge: Ensuring responsive and accessible experience across devices.
    Solution: Designed mobile‑first and ensured contrast, legibility, button sizes appropriate; tested on real devices.

  • Challenge: Conversion funnel needed to be clean but not too pushy.
    Solution: Hero CTA “Schedule A Meeting” + newsletter subscription as lower‑commitment option; kept forms minimal (Name, Email).
